Ancient Grain’s Muffins

Preheat oven to 350’. Butter 6-8 muffin tins (or line with paper cups). Mix dry ingredients (1.) together in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients (2.) in another bowl, and add to dry ingredients. Blend – do not overmix. Fill muffin tins and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Enjoy! * can substitute whole wheat or a mix of ww and white flour for spelt. |
