Ithaca Farmers Market Vendor Ellen Knapp and her daughter Anna (from Knapp Farms), and several Wineries participated in the Pride of NY Harvest Fest in Syracuse this past weekend. Harvest Fest was a huge success with over 4,000 people attending. Many of our Market Members have a Membership in Pride of NY, which supports our farmers in keeping our food supply local. Ellen Knapp and several Wineries, were able to represent the Ithaca Farmers Market, and showcase their small Fingerlakes businesses.
Come to the Ithaca Farmers Market at Steamboat Landing, and meet the local Farmers growing our food! (Support our Communities, and our Farmers, Buy Locally!!) Know where your food is coming from by meeting, and talking to, the local farmers growing it! While visiting the Market keep in mind the loved ones on your hoilday list, and support local arts and producers too!
