Maple Cheesecake

FILLING:

8 oz  heavy cream, whipped or 8 oz Cool Whip

8 oz cream cheese

4 oz maple sugar

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1-1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup white sugar

6 Tbsp butter, melted

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and  melted butter  until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.  Bake at 375ºF  for 7 minutes.  Cool thoroughly.

Whip cream cheese until softened.  Add maple sugar and whipped cream and whip until well blended.

Chill thoroughly before serving.
